Frequently asked Questions and Answers

What is required to initiate a project?

Begin by clicking the "Start a Project" button to kick off a new project. If it's our first collaboration with a new company, the initial step is a trial referred to as the Test Drive. Regarding payment, you can choose between pre-paid or splitting the payment into two halves—providing an estimated amount upfront and the next after we deliver the results.

How do you ensure the quality?

To uphold our quality standards, we implement a two-level quality control system. Project managers initially review the outcomes using our AI Rendering Analysis. The final evaluation is conducted by mentors to ensure adherence to aesthetic quality standards.

What documents should I provide to begin a project?

You can send us files in any format, whether they are hand-sketched, video instructions, or other types. We welcome drawings, architectural or design sketches, and mood boards as references. If you have a specific vision for the project, feel free to share everything you have with us.

What is meant by 'On-time or for free'?

We are committed to delivering orders on time. Introducing our 'On-time or free' policy, you will receive a full refund if we fail to provide your 3D renders within the agreed-upon deadline. We will also provide the CG images for free. To avail of the On-Time Guarantee Program, there are three terms and conditions that you need to accept:

- Complete payment is required before the project begins.

- Stay in communication with your 3D Rendering Project Team by reaching out to them at least once a day.

-If you wish to make changes or adjustments, please notify us at least 12 hours before the deadline.

Is my information secure with you?

- Our Privacy Policies guarantee that any information you share with us for the project will be kept confidential.

- All visual materials you receive as results from our end come with standard and extended copyrights.

- Our payment system adheres to security standards, with transactions processed through transparent international systems.

How complex is the procedure?

The process is straightforward and hassle-free. Our user-friendly CRM system simplifies everything with a few easy steps: initiate your project, share a reference, and stay in touch throughout. After finalizing the deal, use the CRM platform to receive updates, share feedback, and approve the final result we deliver.

Is there no charge for corrections?

There will be no additional charges for any corrections you request before receiving the final result. However, if a stage or phase has been officially approved and you later require modifications while we are progressing to the next stage, a nominal fee will be applied.

What type of payment do you accept?

To enhance convenience for our clients, we accept payments through various modes, including:

• Bank cards, which include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

• PayPal

• SWIFT

Can I pay after I get the results?

We don't offer post-paid methods. However, if you prefer not to pay the entire project amount upfront, you can split the payment into two parts. You can pay half of the estimated project cost in advance, and the remaining balance, along with the second half, can be settled once the results are accepted.

Where is your company located?

Our headquarters is in Kanpur, Uttar radish, India. As an outsourcing studio, physical visits are unnecessary. All communication can take place in the virtual space, either through chat or by completing the form available on our website.

How quickly can you deliver the results?

The standard turnaround time varies depending on the type of project. For example, an architectural rendering project typically takes a week for dispatch, whereas a house design rendering project can be completed within 48 hours. Several factors influence the turnaround time. To determine the exact time for your project, simply reach out to us and provide a brief. Once our team of specialists has reviewed all the information and requirements, we will respond with the specific turnaround time details.

What are your working hours?

To accommodate our clients, our online support forum is operational 24/7. Feel free to reach out at any time, whether by messaging in your project group or by calling your manager.

Terms and concepts

360° virtual tour

This describes a comprehensive panoramic perspective of a location, presented using a series of rotating pictures to provide a complete 360-degree view.

3D modeling

modeling software. What the software fetches us as the outcome stands out as a 3D model..

3D rendering

This result emerges from a process that entails creating photorealistic or non-photorealistic images using 3D models. In this instance, the task is carried out using 3D Rendering Software.

AI Rendering Analysis (AIRA)

The Artificial Intelligence Rendering Analysis (AIRA) is an AI-powered tool designed to meticulously assess the quality of our products, identifying any potential flaws. Crafted by our team of specialists, AIRA thoroughly examines multiple facets of 3D models.

Ultra HD 4k

For an impressive showcase of your project, we propose providing you with ultra-high definition images featuring a superior quality of 3840x2160 pixels.

Virtual staging

This is a form of digital or home staging, achieved using diverse software and applications such as 3D rendering software, virtual staging apps, and graphic editors, to create interior and exterior designs.

VR or virtual reality

This concept pertains to a virtual environment that offers lifelike experiences, allowing users to interact with artificially recreated objects, observe their characteristics, and explore options for modifications. In essence, virtual reality (VR) relies on simulating sensory events such as sight and sound, creating a synthetic environment for users to undergo interactive experiences.

VR tour

This involves engaging with virtual reality objects using a collection of videos or images, often accompanied by music, narration, and sound effects. In contrast to a 360-view tour, a VR tour requires users to wear VR glasses and other essential equipment.

AR or augmented reality

This describes an interactive 3D technology that facilitates overlaying a virtual 3D model onto a real-world landscape.

3D Animation

3D animation involves creating three-dimensional videos within a virtual environment. The process for 3D artists entails skillfully manipulating the 3D objects within the software to produce a sequence of static images. These computer-generated images (CG images) are subsequently assembled to create the illusion of movement in the 3D animation.

Draft visualization

Titled as Draft Visualization, this represents the ultimate draft of the project, enabling you to review the entire outcome before the final rendering. Draft visualization empowers you to make adjustments as necessary, ensuring the realization of your desired results. It is important to note that certain aspects, including lighting quality, glossiness, and object materials, may be slightly reduced in the draft to optimize time and computer resources.

Floor plan

A precisely scaled crystal-clear image is crafted to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the relationships among rooms, spaces, and other vital physical features of the structure.

Panorama

It's like a detailed map that lets you see a big area from every angle without anything blocking your view.

Post-production

It's the step of making a photo or a 3D picture look even more real by adding extra effects and additional details.
